Care Home Regeneration, Fulham SW6
Amesiy was engaged to provide consultancy services on this project, with particular emphasis on ensuring the development proceeded with clarity, coordinated technical advice, and value-focused decision-making from the earliest stages. Guided by our core values of care, trust, and intelligent planning, our role bridged the technical and strategic — shaping a delivery pathway that is robust, efficient, and aligned with long-term project goals.
The project comprises two key components:
A four-storey structure, incorporating a modest area of retained façade, and
A six-storey structure, including a basement to accommodate essential back-of-house and service infrastructure
White City Flats Development, W12
Amesiy was appointed to support the delivery of a major residential development in White City, offering guidance that helped ensure the project remained aligned with its wider objectives — both in terms of ambition and practical deliverability.
Our role focused on providing the client with strategic insight across key decision points, ensuring that the design development remained responsive not only to programme requirements, but also to long-term operational goals. We worked closely with our client to assess the impact of specification choices, construction methodologies, and procurement options — always with a view to balancing quality, efficiency, and long-term value
Clinic Regeneration Programme, W1H
Amesiy was appointed to support the refurbishment of a highly confidential clinic in the City Of London, a leading healthcare facility. Given the clinical environment and the sensitivity of working within a live medical setting, our role focused on helping the client make decisions that balanced clinical performance, design integrity, and programme certainty — while maintaining alignment with broader operational goals.
By working closely our client, we ensured that resources were directed where they delivered the greatest impact — preserving both the quality of the patient environment and the precision required for a healthcare facility of this standard.
